Hirotogawa is a liquor store for the "Future".
Mr. Hiroyuki Matsuzaki, the sixth generation chief brewer of the Hirotogawa, has a long way to go.
Matsuzaki Brewery store was also hit hard by The East Japan Earthquake that occurred on March 11, 2011. The buildings are damaged by the destructive earthquake. Although the products were in good condition luckly, the chief brewer who has protected the warehouse with the Matsuzaki family for a long time collapsed and can not participate in the production. Mr. Hiroyuki Matsuzaki then assume a heavy responsibility of the Sake production, as he started learning about the production procedure.


Under such circumstances, while learning Sake Brewery Technology at Fukushima Prefecture's Sake Brewery Academy, He worked hard with the creators of the same generation, learning not only drinking but also the relationship between people and people. He feels that the way of sake brewing that started to walk has not only started in the brewing industry, but also from the warehouse employees, those who enjoy the Hirotogawa, with the warm support of the surroundings that he had not been conscious before. .

I want to please those people who supported me with the sake we brewed .
I want to brew sake that could walk through life together.


He does not want to create a warehouse for himself. He is trying his best to create a warehouse for the "Future" by learning from failure.
天に栄える村の水、米、

廣戸川は「これから」の酒蔵です
現在、廣戸川を醸す6代目杜氏・松崎祐行の船出は、前途多難なものでした。
2011年3月11日に発生した東日本大震災、松崎酒造株式会社も大きな打撃を受けることになりました。蔵など建物に損害はあったものの商品などは概ね無事でしたが、長年松崎家とともに蔵を守ってきた杜氏が病に倒れ、造りに参加出来ない事態に。震災前に蔵に戻り造りの勉強を始めた矢先に、酒造りの重責を担うことになったのです。


そんな中で、福島県の清酒アカデミーで酒造技術を学び同世代の造り手達と切磋琢磨しながら、酒だけではなく人と人との関わりを手さぐりで学んできました。歩み始めた酒造りの道は酒造業界だけでなく、蔵の従業員、そして廣戸川を楽しんでくれる人、今まで意識していなかった周囲の温かな支えでスタートが切れたのだと感じています。

醸した酒で喜ばせたい
それぞれの人生に寄り添える酒に
成長してもらいたい
今は自分が色を付けるのではなく、持てる力を尽くし失敗に学び成長していく「これから」の蔵でありたいと思っています。
